Terms & Condition of Trade

& COVID19 Info

COVID19 Procedures

  • We ask you to wear a mask at all time in the salon, with the exception of laying face down for massage.
  • Hand sanitiser must be used upon entry and exit of the salon.
  • We ask you to bring minimal belongings and come alone (unless you are with others having a treatment).
  • You will have to complete a COVID form giving permission for track and trace.
  • If you have any COVID symptoms please let us know and do not attend your appointment.
  • The waiting area is not permitted for use at present.
  • We are not permitted to serve hot drinks or food, so no pamper days with afternoon tea or kids parties are available at present, however water is available.
  • We are not permitted to take walk-ins, only advance appointments, however please feel free to call us on the day as we do sometime have late availablity.
  • We are staggering treatment times so as no two people will enter the premisses at the same time, too look after your wellbeing.
  • We will allow extra cleaning time after your treatments to ensure super clean environment for you.
  • We are not adding an extra PPE charge
  • Therapists will be wearing face shields and masks to protect ourselves.
  • Opening hours may differ slightly from advertised times and Wednesdays will be by request only.


Treatment cancellation

  • We require 24 hour notice of a cancellation, after which a 50% charge will be made.
  • Cancellations should be made by calling us on 01233 733500.
  • However, for spa pamper days we require 48 hours notice of cancellation after which a 50% charge will be made.
  • No refund (if deposit has been paid) will be payable for non-arrival for a treatment without the stipulated notice.
  • If treatment has been pre-paid online, and a cancellation request has not been made 24 hours prior to appointment, a 50% charge will be refunded, to cover the therapists time.


Punctuality and Courtesy

Arriving late may intefere with your treatment, appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed (unless we have availablity to run late), and a full charge will be applied. 

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon.


We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation form, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only, upon which you should let us know of any medical issues you have, and update us if anything changes in the future.


Purchase of Retail Products

Beauty products must be paid for in full at time of ordering.


Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non refundable, non transferable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Evoucher cannot be extended, however written vouchers may be extended at the cost of 10% of the voucher price per month. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against aesthetic treatments, SPMU treatments, however upon request a voucher can be purchased for any of these treatments.


Price Alteration

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.


Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of events and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know on your consultation form. 


Smoking

It is illegal to smoke anywhere in the salon, however for those who wish to smoke, you will find designated smoking areas outside the building


Medical Conditions

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.


Mobile Phones

In the interest of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent for the full duration of your time at the salon.


Payment

Most credit and debit Cards are accepted, American Express, cash or cheque. All prices include value added tax at a current rate.


Patch Testing

Patch testing is required for certain treatments and must be at least 24 hours prior to treatment.


Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.


We will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our customers, their property and belongings unless it is solely due to the negligence of the Company, its staff


Offers/Promotions

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another and are subject to availability


Food

Afternoon tea spa day packages and food with teens and tots packages are for a minimum of two people


Children

Children under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian concent and supervision at all times.
